Job Description
Automotive technicians will perform vehicle repair and maintenance and meet dealer and factory service requirements. These technicians will perform inspections on vehicles, diagnose and repair, and test vehicles for necessary repair work. Technicians will also have to provide estimates for labor and parts, provide a basic inventory of required hand tools, and participate in education programs for new developments in automotive technology.
Requirements
A qualified candidate will have to be a team player, a multi-tasker who can perform in a fast-paced environment and have adequate communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have an in-state driver’s license, and pass a 7-year background check, drug screen, and safe driving record check.
