Exterior Updates

The 2025 Jetta features a modernized front and rear end with new wheel choices and colors. The revised front fascia includes new upper and lower grille designs, LED headlights, and an available light bar starting on the Sport models. The rear sports a new trunk lid with a standard light bar connecting the taillights. New wheel options include 17-inch aluminum alloys for SE models and 18-inch alloys for SEL and GLI models, with optional black-wheel packages for SE and GLI. Fresh colors such as Monterey Blue Pearl and Monument Gray add to the upscale feel.

Interior Upgrades

Inside, you’ll find a new dash design coupled with updated colors and decor. A striking three-bar design across the upper dash emphasizes the new floating 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, standard across all models. The Climatronic® Touch automatic climate control system also comes standard, enhancing the sleek center stack. Features like SiriusXM® satellite radio, voice control, wireless charging, and wireless App-Connect, previously found in SEL models, are now available in SE models. A sunroof is also an optional feature.

• Jetta S: Rhombus cloth seats in Titan Black or Storm Grey.
• Sport Models: Embossed molekular cloth seats in Titan Black.
• SE Models: New perforated, two-tone Microcloud leatherette in Grey/Titan Black or Seawall Blue/Storm Grey, along with String Figure decor.
• SEL Models: Perforated Vienna leather seating in Grey/Titan Black or Brown/Titan Black, with Horizon Black decor.
• GLI Models: Unique perforated Vienna leather seating in Grey/Red Crust/Titan Black with red contrast stitching and Magnum matte decor.

Performance and Technology

Engines and Transmissions

Under the hood, the Jetta retains its 1.5-liter, 158-hp turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine paired with a standard eight-speed automatic transmission, offering a balance of sporty performance and excellent highway fuel economy. The Jetta GLI boasts a 2.0-liter EA888 engine delivering 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, available with either a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission or a six-speed manual gearbox.

GLI Performance Features

Known as the “GTI with a trunk,” the Jetta GLI is equipped with larger brakes, a VAQ electronically-controlled torque-sensing limited-slip differential, XDS® electronic differential lock, DCC® adaptive damping system, and a unique sport exhaust system.

IQ.DRIVE System

The IQ.DRIVE system comes standard on all 2025 Jetta and Jetta GLI models. It utilizes front and rear radar, a front camera, and multiple ultrasound sensors to provide:
