Providence St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Providence St. Patrick’s Day Parade will he held on March 18, starting at 12:00 pm. Scott MacKay will be serving as the Grand Marshal for the 2017 parade, with Scott Molloy serving as Deputy Grand Marshal.

Newport St. Patrick’s Day Parade

2017 marks the 61st year the Newport St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held. This year’s parade will take place on March 11, regardless of weather conditions. The parade will begin at 11:00 am starting at the Newport City Hall. The parade is estimated to last two hours and will include pipe bands, marching bands, fife and drum corps and a variety of floats. Grand Marshal for this year’s parade will be Claire Dias.
