The CC offers a surprisingly upscale interior with advanced features all at an affordable price that blows its mid-size sedan competitors, both luxury and non, out of the water. To give drivers an idea of what to look for this coming model year, we’re showing you the 2016 Volkswagen CC specs.
There’s a very good chance that the new CC will be built with an ultra-light MQB platform, similar to that of the European Passat. We can also safely assume that the 2016 CC will feature the same level of luxury in its interior as we’ve experienced with past models.

2016 CC engine specs
Drivers can expect that the new 2016 CC will be fully upgraded with an attractive design and equally attractive fuel efficiency. It will likely feature an option for the VW TDI Clean Diesel, offer even more superior fuel efficiency. The possibility also exists for Volkswagen to opt for a hybrid or electric version of the model as well, though this has yet to be confirmed.

2016 Volkswagen CC price and release date
While we currently don’t know the exact price of the new CC, it’s estimated that the base will be around $35,000 – an excellent deal for the luxury it comes with.
