Wolf Hill Forest Preserve Trail

More info here! This 4.5-mile loop is located near Smithfield. The moderate trail features a variety of terrain and sight-seeing opportunities. Landmarks include a waterfall, a WWII Memorial to a bomber crash site, an abandoned 1940s Boy Scout Camp and many view of Providence and the upper bay area. Breakheart Loop Trail

Long Pond Woods Trail

More info here! Another short trail, Long Pond Woods covers 4,4 miles and is also rated as moderate in difficulty. Like the name implies, scenery includes a lake along with several other features.

Big River Trail

More info here! Hikers looking for a longer trail will want to head for Big River Trail. This 17.8-mile loop is rated as moderate. Scenery includes a lake.
